The Sesta provides a fast cross country and marathon bike that eats up distance efficiently. The stiffness to weight ratio of the frame is excellent, providing a good platform for the BURST technology to do its job in providing seamless grip, control and comfort. The main pivot location is designed ideally for modern drive train configurations in double or single ring, and the overall leverage ratio gives one a responsive feeling, coupled with small bump sensitivity and big hit control.
The short 442mm chainstays help keep the rear of the bike agile through corners, and give the bike excellent maneuverability, enhancing the bikes racing nature and technical abilities.
Rear thru axle provides a stiff and secure fastening of the rear wheel. The frame supports the 142 x 12mm standard and enhances rear wheel tracking in rough trail conditions for added rider control.
Using a large main pivot to connect the solid rear triangle with the compact rocker linkages to the seat tube creates a stiff and efficient platform for the suspension.

Really an awesome bike. So light weight, the handling is just superb. What impress me most is that the rear shock is not damping if I’m standing and powering uphill which really helps to keep all that energy.

Super playfull XC racing bike. I previously rode a premium XC bike known to place ‘enjoyment of riding’ as a key principle of their design, but I needed something lighter and faster. I ride mine on anything from gravel roads to heavy trails and I find it handles both – sacrificing just enough on either side to be my go-to bike. Well done SB.
