Kristina Koscova wins the 3rd round of the Pohar Drahanske Vrchoviny cup series

Silverback Ambassador, Kristina Koscova won the 3rd round of the Pohar Drahanske Vrchoviny Cup Series. This race took place in South Moravia, Czech Republic on Saturday the 8th of June.

The 49-year-old was able to take the lead from her younger competitors after the first half of the lap and was able to hold it out until the finish line.

This round took place in a village called Okouhla. The local track is always very technical with a lot of roots, rocks, steep downhill and demanding uphill.

“The rain in last several days made the track very slippery,” says Kristina.

“My shape is getting better after the last month´s illness,” she adds.

This win put Kristina into 2nd place overall. So far she has completed the three of the eleven rounds for this year.

Silverback rider, Luke Moir raced at the first round of the Western Cape Enduro Series held at Contermanskloof on Sunday the 9th June.

Luke raced his his beloved Silverback Slider LIT 1. With absolutely perfect conditions Luke produced consistent runs throughout the day. Claiming second place overall and first Junior boy.

” It was a good race against the other young men, but I am shattered that someone took my Silverback Bike,” adds Luke.
