Superspeed: A Cross-country Race Machine

FREERIDER CYCLING MAGAZINE REVIEWS SUPERSPEED 1.0.

The biggest highlight of the SUPERSPEED is its revolutionary frame design. It has integrated MONOBURST technology which acts like micro-suspension. The MonoBurst technology absorbs vibrations coming from the ground, but still gives the rider the feel of a hardtail. Meaning the rider is more rested and comfortable during the race. Whilst climbing like an absolute machine. Find out more about the bike: HERE.

Micro-suspension is minor and the frame’s rigidity remains the same although its workings are visible with the naked eye. In total, the frame flex the rider gets is almost 15mm. Something you would only get the benefit from when descending over rocky terrain.

SUPERSPEED

Another highlight of the SUPERSPEED is its aesthetics. The closer you look the more noticeable the attention to detail will become. Aesthetics aside, the geometry and performance of the bike are most appreciated. Not to mention how light it is.

It’s pretty hard to put it into words. Climbing was highly efficient but going down I was even more impressed. Despite its cross-country specific geometry, going downhill I felt super confident and safe. This bike was truly confidence-inspiring.
